As a facilitator, I am guided by an attitude that is critical of power, body-oriented, trauma-informed and queer-affirming. I am East German, from a poverty-class background with a class journey that has remained precarious, white, goy and non-binary transfeminine, neurocomplex and living with chronic illnesses. My pronouns are: she/her and they/them/Gregöre.
This is a trans*, inter*, non-binary, agender and queer friendly space. BIPoC and Jewish people are especially welcome.

Get in touch if you want to work through past boundary violations and violence caused in relationships, groups and communities, using somatic approaches and aiming at long-term accountability. I work with approaches from transformative justice, generative somatics, centered accountability, anti-discrimination work and systemic practice.
My understanding of conflict is a transformative one: conflicts change us and our relationships and can be a way into understanding, responsibility and change. I accompany individuals, teams, collectives and political groups, mostly in queer, left and self-organized contexts. I work in a multipartial, power-critical and trauma-sensitive way and create a space where perspectives become visible, listening becomes possible again and decisions can emerge together.
I also accompany couples and polycules when something has gotten stuck, is changing or needs to be renegotiated.
I support groups and organizations in consciously shaping communication, roles and collaboration, using facilitation, systemic counseling, consensus decision-making and body work. Every accompaniment is tailor-made.
In workshops I work, for example, on classism and positionality, digital violence and safety, co-regulation in times of crisis, and protection and allyship for trans, inter, non-binary and agender people.
For births, weddings or deaths, there are people, institutions and rituals. For transitions in transition processes, these are mostly missing or made invisible. I accompany you somatically, queerly and in a trauma-informed way when you take such a step. Not because I have the answers or know what this step means to you, but because some things deserve a special space: a body, a counterpart who joins in and resonates.
This can mean, for example:
Whether once, as a gift or over years: It is your space.
I also accompany gender-more-conforming people on the topics and tensions listed above, if they want to engage with them consciously.
I work with body awareness, breath, movement, questions and, if you want it, touch as well. My approach is somatic and systemic, oriented towards generative somatics, political somatics and the Wheel of Consent.
We start with a non-binding get-to-know-you conversation. After that I suggest ways forward, and you see what feels right, what you want to try and what you do not. You set the pace, you can say no, take a break or stop at any time, and touch only happens after clear agreement.
My work is not psychotherapy and not medical treatment. I do not make diagnoses and I do not promise healing.
